Compassionate Act SB 311 became law in California in 2021 granting terminally ill patients the right to use non-smokable cannabis in hospice care as a compassionate option for pain relief. The Ryan’s Law Foundation was created with a mission to propagate compassionate cannabis care for terminally ill patients in legal states.
